Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026 · Wild Card Golf

Wild Card Golf is provided by James Calore. This policy explains how information is handled by the game, this support website, and our support correspondence.

Your game stays on your device

The game stores progress, scores, preferences, and game state locally on your device. You do not need a player account. The game does not send this saved progress to us. Your device’s backup services may include app data according to your device settings and the service provider’s policies.

Advertising and analytics

The current game does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, such as your name, device details, or a screenshot. We use this information to answer your question and investigate the issue. Our email provider processes those messages to deliver and store them.

We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, follow up on related issues, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence.

This website

This is an informational website with email links. It has no player accounts, upload forms, or advertising added by us. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website under its own policies.

Promotional-page measurement

Our promotional page counts page views, video plays and clicks to the App Store. We store daily totals by approximate country, broad device type, referral category and campaign label. These counters use no tracking cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. We do not store IP addresses, full browser identifiers or full referring URLs in our analytics database. Our hosting provider still processes request information to deliver and secure the site. The counters respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts are not unique people and do not tell us whether a purchase was completed.

Apple services

Apple handles App Store downloads and purchases under its own privacy policies. Apple may also provide diagnostic or TestFlight feedback information according to your settings and the services you use.

Children’s information

The game does not ask players for personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support message, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Your choices

You can remove locally stored game data by deleting the app. Device backups are managed separately through your device or backup service. For questions about information you sent to support, or to request access or deletion, email support@playwildcardgolf.com.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
